Resort Rio Arpora, Arpora

During my recent stay, I encountered some significant issues with the check-in process, which left me quite frustrated. The resort itself is beautifully made with a lot of greenery, and the rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for relaxation. However, the service at the front desk needs improvement as it caused major delays. On a positive note, the dining options were enjoyable, and the staff in the food and beverage areas were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were exceptional, particularly Durgesh, who ensured our rooms were together, and the housekeeping team, who surprised us with daily cleanings. The gardens and pool were beautiful, and I enjoyed the organized shuttle service. However, a few amenities like the in-room dining could improve in terms of pricing and service billing. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience!
